Whangārei

Whangārei, winter, in the rain. The northernmost city of N.Z., only the villages are farther. Previously, there was a town so quiet and cozy, all the ideal comfort of a civilization immersed in nature, that life there would have flown by in an instant. But it began to develop, and now it has 54 thousand inhabitants, and the coolest center I have ever met, with entire streets under a roof, an embankment and European alleys with cafes and shops.

Whangārei, зимний, в дождь. Самый северный город Н.З., дальше только деревни. Раньше был городишко настолько тихий и уютный, весь идеальный комфорт цивилизации утопающей в природе, что жизнь там пролетела бы как одно мгновение. Но стал развиваться, и теперь уже 54 тыс жителей, и самым классным центром из всех что я встречал, с целыми улицами под крышей, набережной и европейскими проулочками с кафе и магазинчиками.
